Hybrid Rocket Motors

As a result of novel and advanced hybrid rocket technologies, developed by internal know-how, we manage to produce cost-effective, safe, and green solutions. We have completed the development of motors with a very high total impulse which also offers low-cost and high-efficiency benefits with the help of our hybrid rocket expertise. We had completed the development of novel hybrid rocket systems with the world’s highest thrust densities which are also scalable. This matured technology is an alternative to solid-fuel rocket engines currently in use. Furthermore, we provide high reliability for all our systems with a large number of ground tests and flight tests.

Mono-Propellant Liquid Thrusters

In order to meet the maneuvering needs of space systems, we are developing monopropellant liquid propulsion systems with green propellants as an alternative to hydrazine. The alternative fuels we use do not require strict safety measures and greatly reduce development costs.

Insulation Technologies

In DeltaV, a wide range of thermal protection systems (TPS) based on composite and ceramic materials are being developed in complex shapes and diverse dimensions. These insulation and refractory materials can withstand form cryogenic to ultra-high temperatures, according to space industry needs.

Cryogenic Systems

We design and produce flight-weight valves with respect to system needs which are also liquid oxygen compatible. Our proportional, ball, and relief type valves have been used in ground and flight tests within high pressures and cryogenic conditions successfully.

Avionics

We produce cost-effective solutions with our in-house avionics systems. We provide the necessary avionics solutions for hardware and software, including design and integration, actuator control systems, data acquisition systems, positioning systems, and wireless communication systems as well as other subsystems required for flight tests. At the same time, we develop the required software and hardware systems for ground stations and test infrastructures.

Ignition Systems

In order to ignite rocket motors, we design and manufacture igniter systems with various energy levels, depending on the engine type and capability. Both hybrid and solid ignition technologies are actively used within our systems. In addition, igniters incorporating pyrophoric liquid technologies are also being developed.
